Selling Stuff, Again?
I got an email today requesting to buy my cordless phone. The only problem is, I don't recall trying to sell one.
Turns out this lady from Dallas found the moving sale page I created almost two years ago, before I moved from Houston to LA. It is hard to imagine how she found that page, given that it is not linked from anywhere. And more strangely, she seemed to want me to ship the phone to her. The shipping would probably cost as much as the phone.
Not that I still have the phone.

Selling Crap is More Fun
I had so much fun selling crap before leaving Houston, I couldn't stop but to sell more since coming to L.A. Particularly when I still have so much crap remaining unsold and moved to California.
Since I'm no longer in school, it is more convenient to sell crap through outside channel. That comes Amazon. I have already sold 3 books and 3 DVDs. Funny thing is, I bought many of those crap from Amazon before. My most brilliant transaction has to be selling Office Space. I bought it with There's Something About Mary for only $12.43 (after coupon and with free shipping) half a year ago, and sold it for a net income of $11.78 (after packing materials, shipping, and Amazon fee). This means at the end I only paid for 65 cents to buy a DVD and rent one for half a year...
Anyway, I still have too much crap. Like this picture frame. Buy it if you want to support my craziness!

Selling Crap is Fun
Even though I am still one month from moving to LA, I am already selling my crap. I composed a list of almost 100 items, many of which I knew that are probably not going to sell. It is really fun, seeing people coming and moving my crap away. Oh, and seeing the wallet growing is nice too. Within 12 hours of posting my ad, I have already got $280 into my pocket.
Morale of the story? I have too much crap.
