Which University is Best in CS and EE?
You won't believe it. Me neither. But apparently, according to some weird, twisted rankings, it is Rice.
The rankings are supposed to be based on "faculty productivity." Rice beats Stanford and Berkeley in CS and tops Cornell and UIUC in EE.
I am speechless.
