Much Improved Commute
With my office moved from Santa Monica to Culver City, I finally realize, commute does not have to be nasty.
On paper, the distance is shortened only by 30%. But by avoiding crossing two horrible freeways, the commute time is now less than half: from 20-40 mins down to 10-15 mins. More importantly, since the route is not as congested, driving is much more relaxing. No need to worry people's reckless cutting and turning from out of nowhere.
The sad thing is, this is about the only good thing on the move...
