I am preparing for my seminar for my New York interview. You won't believe it, but the following is the first paragraph of the abstract.

Resource management plays a vital role to the survival of small- and medium-scale business. With the inevitable progress in digital revolution and globalization, competitions among corporations become more intense than ever. An effective resource management solution would give resource-constrained corporations an edge in competitive industries. Its integration with information technology becomes necessary for business to succeed nowadays.
