Yao Restaurant and Bar

About 1.5 months after its opening, I finally went to Yao, for a celebration. The decoration is just fine, generally give you a feeling of old Shanghai. Of course, we tried their top signature dish, Peking Duck. It's probably not surprising that the duck is very, very authentic, as they have a dedicated chef for the duck. Their waiters are not Chinese, and seem to have a lack of understanding to the food. It is also a bit pricey, but is not unreasonable for its class, or the class it emulates. I guess I'll only go there again when I host some friends from outside Houston.
